Owner, Renee Loyless, began training and showing dogs when she was 13. That year she earned her first 2 AKC titles one in obedience, the other conformation with her Weimaraner, Ch. Dziegel's Silver 'Joy,' C.D., who went on to become the # 4 ranked Weimaraner in the U.S. 
In 1976, Renee switched to Labrador Retrievers and in 1985, Ch. Charisma's Lone Star Rick, co-owned with her parents, became the #1 ranked Labrador in the U.S.
Renee's pet sitting business, originally called "Tailwaggers," was highlighted by Austin t.v. program, Austin Eye on Business in 1982. In 1985, Charisma Obedience & Home Care was created combining dog training and pet sitting. Renee taught obedience classes for UT Informal Classes for 10 years, consistently earning excellent evaluations; her assistant Raquelle, still teaches these classes today.
